* Before the connection with the telescope...
There is manuals of each telescope in the ReadMe folder in the folder in which Kagayaki-IV is installed.
Read the file that is given of the name of the telescope that you own.

* Please finish the setting of the telescope and the connection with the personal computer beforehand.
Read the manual of the telescope that you own.

The USB<->cereal conversion connector is not recommended because of reliability.
Please Take care because the telescope moves.
We do not assume the responsibility of all accidents.

* Communication with telescope
Click the [Connect] button.

* Telescope selection
Choose the telescope that you own from the telescope list, and click [Connect] button.

* Connection
The connection is completed if displayed, "Connected".

Try to confirm the connection and the setting if be displayed, "No reply from telescope".

Change [COM1]-[COM8] and try if it is displayed, "Port is using".

Check these if it is displayed, "No reply from telescope"...

- The cable has come off.
Check it.

- The cable is defective.
Check it.

- The telescope setting is not completed.
Please do the setting reading the manual of the telescope.

The power supply of the telescope cuts.
Check it.

- The USB<->cereal conversion connector is used.
As for the USB<->cereal conversion connector, the reliability might be not suitable for the telescope control.
The connection might be cut afterwards even if the connection succeeds.
Please use the PC card if your notebook computer doesn't have the cereal connector.

- You chose a different kind of telescope.
The control method is different in each telescope.
Therefore, the connection fails if you choose a different telescope.
The connection might succeed when the control method looks like.
However, operation afterwards becomes abnormal.

It is only Professional Edition that the image is displayed.

* Goto the object
The telescope begins to move for a current object when the [ GoTo ] button is clicked.
The mark of purple means the place to which the telescope turns.

* Display mode
A [Center] button changes whenever pushed, [Center] -> [---] -> [Follow].

-[Center]
The screen scrolls while the telescope is working.
There is a model that doesn't scroll.

-[---]
The screen doesn't scroll while the telescope is working.

-[Follow]
The telescope mark automatically changes into the center of the screen when it comes off from the screen..

* Stop
The telescope will stop when the [Stop] button is clicked.
Stop with the switch of the telescope in case of emergency.

* Move
The telescope can be moved by clicking the direction button.
There is a model that cannot use this button.

* Circle button at center of direction button?
The place to which the telescope turns changes into the center of the screen if this button is clicked.
Click this button when losing sight of the telescope mark.

* Other buttons
It is different in each model.
EX. [Synchronize] , [High] , [Low] ...
Please read the manual of each telescope in the [ReadMe] folder.

* Disconnect
Click the [Connect] button.
"Select Telescope" screen opens, click [ Disconnect ] button.
